If you’re planning a small-to-medium-sized move, The Pickup Partner provides the same professional level of service as the big moving companies for a more affordable price. Because we’re a local business with low overhead, we’re able to respond to customer calls quickly and deliver quality service at a reasonable price.

Yes, The Pickup Partner carries general liability insurance, workman’s comp, cargo insurance, and full auto insurance.

We will do an in-person visit to provide an accurate estimate for your job. For most moving and transport services, we charge $65 per man hour.

We charge $65 per man hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Unless specified otherwise, most jobs will require two men.

We charge $65 per man hour, in additional to a per piece charge, depending on the size and weight of the object:

Very light (1 man, 1 handed) = $1

Light (1 man, 2 handed) = $5

Medium (2 man, easy) = $20

Heavy (2 man, hard) = $40

Very heavy (3 man) = $80

No, we don’t remove debris, waste, or hazardous materials. Our junk removal service is for intact items only.

We are based in Portsmouth, NH and serve customers within a 60-mile radius - in the New Hampshire Seacoast, southern Maine, and the North Shore of Massachusetts, including towns like North Hampton, Newington, Rye, New Castle, Greenland, Hampton, Kittery and York, Maine, Amesbury and Newburyport, Massachusetts. We do occasionally work outside our service radius. Contact us with information about your job and we’ll let you know if we can help.

We use pickup trucks and a cargo trailer, but don’t provide moving or transport services requiring larger vehicles.
